About Our Staff

	Efrain (Jin) Ceballos Cuevas ADS General Manager. Jin was working for the previous owners of the building that became Abbey del Sol One. At that time his English was modest and his business experience limited but being the very bright, hardworking man he is, he learned English as well as how to run a business and helped us build the successful operation we have today. Together Abby and Jin came up with the design for our interiors and Jin created the beautiful gardens. ADS would not be what it without him!
	Walfred (Freddy) Ceballos Arroyo Assistant Manager and Jin’s younger brother. Freddy is manages the staff, handles all the electronics and internet issues, staffs the front desk and keeps everything running on a day to day basis. We met Freddy when he was 14. Now in his mid 20’s he has transformed himself into a valuable and appreciated member of the team.

	Pilar Rodrigez Pilar joined us in April 2012 and adds a smile and style to our front desk as our Office Manager. Pilar has lived in Puerto Morelos for over 25 years, has a lovely house just down the block from our office and is a passionate environmental activist. She has been in charge of the only recycling program our little town has ever had and owned her own recycling business at one time. Her English is excellent and her business and organizational skills are very appreciated
	Cesar Portilla Sanchez Jin and Freddy’s cousin who moved here from Veracruz with his wife, Fabi, and daughter. He deals with maintenance issues as well as helping to maintain gardens and pools. Cesar has been learning English in order to do his job better and is doing very well. He shares the strong work ethic with his cousins. We are very lucky to have him.

	Lenny Franco Lenny is part of our housekeeping staff. She is married to Freddy and they have an adorable little girl, Jade. Lenny works mostly with us in the high season. She is learning English slowly and always has a smile for the guests.
