Deposits and Cancellations
ALL PROPERTIES EXCEPT CASA RICARDO
A. DEPOSITS
- $200 USD deposit (or peso equivalent) per week of rental is required.
- Balance due on day of arrival or before.
- For Christmas week rentals 50% deposit required, full payment 30 days prior.
- Please see our Payments page for payment options.
B. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- Full deposit refund if cancellation is 60 days prior to arrival.
- Less than 60 – refund only if we are able to re-rent the time.
- For Christmas Holiday weeks no refunds unless we are able to re-rent the time.
CASA RICARDO
A. DEPOSITS
- 20% of total rent due to confirm reservation.
- 80% balance to be paid directly to Casa Ricardo owners in Maryland (get details from the office.)

B. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- Full deposit refund if cancellation is 60 days prior to arrival.
- Less than 60 – refund only if we are able to re-rent the time.
- For Christmas Holiday weeks no refunds unless we are able to re-rent the time.
