Deposits
$200 USD deposit (or peso equivalent) per week of rental is required to hold your reservation. Please see our AVAILABILTY AND RESERVATIONS page for payment options.
Cancelation Policy - Full refund 60 days prior to arrival. Less than 60 days prior you will be refunded any monies paid only if we can rent the time to someone else.
Our rental week start day is variable.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 10:00 a.m.
Each unit is supplied with one set of sheets and two sets of towels per person. For those who stay longer than a week you can have your apartment cleaned once per week for free. We have laundry service available for a small charge. The kitchen is stocked with basic utensils and kitchenware. One 5 gallon bottle of filtered drinking water is supplied. You may purchase additional bottles from us as needed.
We are a family friendly, light-drinking, no-smoking indoors property. No pets please.
We have a full time staff that speak English and are there to help you have the best vacation possible.
