Deposits, Cancellations and Security Deposits

A. DEPOSITS

1. 20% of total rent due to confirm reservation.
2. Additional 30% due 60 days prior to arrival.
3. Final 50% due 30 days before arrival.

B. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

1. Full refund of all money paid 60 days prior to arrival.
2. 1 – 59 days prior to arrival – 25% of rent not refunded.
3. 1 – 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of rent not refunded.
4. For Christmas Holiday weeks 100% of rent paid not refunded if canceled less than 30 days prior (unless we are able to rent to someone else.)
